We originally cancelled with Cold Sense after discovering our air con unit should have been under warranty. After discovering it wasn’t and receiving the bill from another business, we wanted to call Cold Sense back after the customer service we had received from them. We cancelled with the second company and booked back in with Jack. Jack was professional and friendly, my husband specifically called to mention he had even removed his shoes before entering the house. We had Jack and his team install our unit last week. They were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. We wanted some variations to the original design and this was no trouble at all. Jack provided some additional information that helped use choose the best unit for our situation. We liked that we dealt directly with person who runs the business and actually does the installation. Jack and the team were brilliant from quote to completion of the work. New air conditioner installed with minimum of fuss, site left very clean, and a very fair price. These guys were great to deal with! I left getting a replacement aircon to the last minute and to get quotes elsewhere would take weeks, Jack was able to give me a quote by supplying some photos which is handy for all involved living out of town! Aircon was installed about a week later and our new system is perfect for our space and we are no longer freezing! A crew of about 4 came to install and got it done easily without any fuss and the communication from the beginning to the end was great! Thanks Jack and crew!
